Look at ma HOERS [Free Chibi base]

Ma hoers is AMAZINNNNG~!

I don't know how many chibi horse riding bases there are out there. But I figured I'd draw one because I can never do realistic (or even anime level) horses much less with a rider on them. As you can see, you all have access to one with a maned horse and a bald one if you wanna add your own mane and tail~
