.:Naruto OC RP Prompt:. Lost Hope

He couldn't help but feel his heart leap, through all the pain, the blood he could taste in his mouth. Through the ringing in his head as he slumped down against a tree. All he could hear was his own voice in his head. Quietly assuring him that the man and his family he had been tasked to protect; were safe now. The gang that had threatened to slaughter him and the town that he was sent along with two other now dead Cloud Ninja to protect from the menacing force... They were gone. It was over. He could rest enough to stand, and then return home. Senshin-Sensei would heal his wounds. And he could carry his first completed A Class mission in his heart with pride. He could be... Proud of himself. 

He opened his eyes to a sound, a sound that didn't quite fit in with the sound of victorious silence. It was the sound of a grunt of profanity at the scene before whoever it was. And their anger; he could feel it from where he sat. 'I missed some of them??' He tried to move, to reach for his sword, embedded in the corpse of the leader in a heap beside him. 'Damnit... I can't... Reach... I c-can't move anymore...' He watched them, and soon enough, they noticed him. And one of their assassins stepped forward, drawing a kunai from his jacket. "One of the punks who did this is still alive... I'll fix it for you, Sir... Since you're in charge now."

Tremors ran through his spine and his fingers spasmed as he tried to force his body to cooperate. But he'd pushed himself too far killing all the others who had been trained in the same level as his temporary teammates and him. His heart pounded as he managed to tilt his head up to see into the face of who... He was beginning to believe would be his killer. 

'Is this how... I'm going to die...?'

Hellu~ This is my first RP prompt via picture >3> So to speak. So I'm still figuring out how to go about this. I've got two slots open for this one. Before this scene. And after. 

Basically. The before current scene roleplay would include who he was protecting from the gang and where this is etc. And the after current scene would be someone coming to rescue poor Ryu~

(This scene is held just before Naruto: The Last. For character age reference. Ryu's about 20 here.)

Comment below with your characters info and whether you're interested in before or after and include your suggestions for the flow of the RP and tying it up with your OC. It's not necessarily first come first serve. It's more to do with an appropriate character for the scene that makes sense. ^^
